This gas oven can hold 1 to 9 trays and has a digital display thermostat for accurate temperature control. It also has an automatic flame extinguishing safety valve for added safety and ensures even baking. The oven has a stylish and artistic appearance and includes overheat protection. The high-quality stainless steel construction prevents heat transfer and deformation at high temperatures. The oven’s dimensions are 1655 x 770 x 1540mm, it requires a power supply of 380V, and can bake up to 60 loaves at a time. Each deck can hold 3 pans measuring 600 x 400mm. The oven weighs 350kg and has a power output of 27kW.
