The station dimensions are 230cm(w) x 180cm x 220cm(h), but it is important to note that extra room will be needed in front for leg extensions and additional width space if you plan on using the push-up station. When considering the space needed for the push-up station, add your body height to the width. For the sit-up bench and leg crunch tower, add at least another 100cm clearance on the other side.
