Double Deck Oven. Our Stainless Steel Deck Ovens are renowned in the bread industry for their consistent and reliable performance in all conditions. The oven’s external dimensions are 1655mm (W) x 7700mm (D) x 1240mm (H). They can reach a maximum temperature of 300°C and have a coupled load of 18 kW (4 HP) at 415 VAC and 50 Hz. The oven weighs 250 kg.
